All work to be done regarding cases pending in Honourable Gujarat High Court/Supreme Court and Civil Court filed by land holders regarding land declared surplus under Urban Land Ceiling Act and possession of which is taken over under government and all work regarding validation under Notification No.6/2016 of Revenue Department of Government.

Deputy Mamlatdar & Clerk

All work to be done regarding cases pending in Honourable Gujarat High Court/Supreme Court and Civil Court filed by land holders regarding land declared surplus under Urban Land Ceiling Act and possession of which is taken over under government
Work of allotting open lands available out of lands declared excess under Urban Land Ceiling Act to "SUDA” and Surat Municipal Corporation as per instruction of government
Work of giving sanand to applicants regarding land allotted earlier under section 23 of the Act.
Work of deciding compensation/payment of compensation in the case in which possession of excess land.
Work of disposal of land declared excess under ULC Act and vested in government by public auction.
Work of giving opinion based on ULC record regarding non-agricultural permissions being given under section 65 and 66 of Land Revenue Code.
Work of giving opinion based on ULC record regarding permission for making change of purpose for purpose of non-agricultural use of land of new tenure under section 43 of Tenancy Act.
Work of giving no objection certificate of ULC regarding applications made by applicants regarding redemption of sale deed
Work of expenditure, balance and surrender of grant regarding grants allotted by government
Work of disposal of all letters coming from applicants/government in office and other administrative work.
Work of disposing of applications for copies received in office
Work of disposal of plots holding small extent up to 3000 square meters as per provisions of circular of government under Urban Land Ceiling Act by public auction of plots.
Work regarding applications received under Right to Information Act, 2005.
Work of site inspection for maintenance of lands possession of which is taken under government.
Work regarding necessary proposals to be made in government under Circular dated 20/10/2015 of Revenue Department of Government.
All work regarding validation under Notification No. 6/2016 of Revenue Department of Government.

Maintenance Surveyer (ULC)

After making site inspection regarding applications received for title clearance in land and after making verification whether land of survey number mentioned in application is included in land of ownership of government or not? And after preparing plan showing site position, work to prepare the report.
